About the Practitioner

Hector J. Tao is both a registered massage therapist and registered acupuncturist at the Tao Rehabilitation Clinic. In his practice, his methods are derived from a combination of western and eastern health care knowledge and philosophies.

Hector grew up in a family of doctors with experience in Chinese and Western health care spanning three generations. He completed his acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine training in Guilin, China, and completed his western massage therapy at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, Canada in 1993.

His over twenty years of health care experience allows him to address a wide variety of patient needs.
